1️⃣ Post Advertisement, Reply to Enquiries & Show Your Room
Unless you want us to help you advertise your room (see below fees table), you DO NOT need to notify us until a replacement is secured.
The new tenant will start a new 3 or 6 months lease.
Once inspection is done and new prospect tenant/tenants have confirmed their interest, please pass them this WhatsApp number 0410 676 816 to proceed to the interview stage.
This person needs to be interviewed by us, able to provide initial payment, and agrees to follow our rules (cleaning, lease duration, non-smoking/party, etc).
2️⃣ Move Out Date
You are welcome to move out at any time, provided that a new tenant moves in on the same date as your move-out. Any unused rent will be reimbursed to you once the new tenant has officially moved in.
For example: Your current rent is paid until the 9th and you’re moving out on the 7th, two nights of rent will be refunded to you.
3️⃣ Bond Refund
Once the new tenant has moved in, paid their first rent, and both move-out and move-in photos have been received, we will process the return of any unused rent and your bond within 3 business days.
